The 11th International Conference on Business, Management and Governance (ICBMG 2023) will be held in the University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia during November 20-22, 2023.
The conference is sponsored by University of Western Australia and co-sponsored by University of South Australia and Curtin University. It will offer an ideal platform for presentation, discussion, criticism and exchange of innovative ideas and current challenges in the field of business, management, and governance. In
consultation with the Editor-in-Chief of Economics & Politics (SSCI,
ABDC A/ABS 2), authors of the best conference papers will be invited to
submit their papers to a special issue of the Journal. Submissions will
be peer-reviewed by the program committee members and journal editorial
board, and accepted papers will be published in Economics &
Politics.

Special issue process
Special issue papers will be selected following a
two-stage process. In the first stage, organisers advertise the
Conference with a clear theme, submission deadline, and venue.
Participants submit their complete papers to the conference
organiser on or before the deadline as indicated by the
Conference advertisement. The Conference Committee will evaluate
submitted papers and send out conference invitations.
Participants present their papers at the conference and receive
feedbacks. In the second stage, the Conference Committee will
short-list papers for revision based on the conference feedbacks
and recommend authors of short-listed papers for submission to
the special issue of Economics & Politics at the link of
https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/14680343.
These submissions will then go through the journal’s fast-track
review process.
There is no guarantee that papers presented at the Conference
will be either shortlisted by the Conference Committee or
eventually accepted by the journal Economics & Politics for
publication. In addition, the special issue can also consider
papers not presented at the conference for publication in this
special issue.

presentation of new advances and research results in Business,
Management, and Governance theory and practice.
